Cancellation and Change of Mind
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days without giving any reason. The cancellation period will expire 14 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the goods.

Return Process
To return an item, please ensure it is in its original packaging and condition. You should send the goods back to the address provided above without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your cancellation from this contract to us.
Return Costs
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within 14 days.
Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at mrbrookmichael552@outlook.com or call 078 3445 7240. We will arrange for the item to be returned at no cost to you and ensure a replacement or refund is processed promptly.
Exclusions
The right to cancel does not apply to goods made to your specifications or clearly personalized. Additionally, perishable goods, sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery, and goods that become mixed inseparably with other items after delivery are excluded from the right to cancel.
