UK Coverage
We offer shipping to all regions within the United Kingdom, including England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland. Please note that we do not currently ship to the Channel Islands, Isle of Man, or any other territories outside the UK.
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.
Delivery Estimates
- Standard Delivery: 3-5 business days
- Express Delivery: 1-2 business days
Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order. Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order.
Delivery Charges
- Standard Delivery: £3.99 for orders under £50. Free for orders over £50.
- Express Delivery: £7.99 for all orders.
Failed Delivery Handling
If a delivery fails due to incorrect address information provided by the customer, or if the package is not collected from the delivery point, the customer will be responsible for any additional charges incurred to re-deliver the package. Please ensure that all delivery information is accurate and complete.
