Ordering Process

If we discover an error in the price of any goods which you have ordered, we will inform you of this as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it.

Pricing

All prices are inclusive of any applicable taxes. We are not VAT registered, so VAT will not be charged. The total cost of your order is the price of the products ordered plus any applicable delivery charges as outlined in the Shipping Policy.

Delivery

Delivery times may vary according to availability and any guarantees or representations made as to delivery times are limited to the United Kingdom and subject to any delays resulting from postal delays or force majeure for which we will not be responsible. Cancellation, Returns & Refunds

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days without giving any reason. The cancellation period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the goods.
